[Information received 15th May 2012]

MSG/SSS members might like to know that there are quite a few Malaya-Borneo lots in the current Revenue Society auction (closing 19th May), including some of the scarce high values. I'm afraid your members will need to join our society if they want to bid, but they are welcome to browse the catalogue for free at http://www.revenuesociety.org.uk/a12/a12.pdf. Happy New Year Jan 23rd 2012 Chinese New Year, the Year of the Water Dragon

Gong Xi Fa Cai -- Kiong Hee Huat Tsai.-- Kung Hei Fat Choi -- Selamat Tahun Baharu

[Mandarin -- Hokkien -- Cantonese -- Malay]

The Dragon personality The Dragon is a creature of myth and legend. A symbol of good fortune and sign of intense power, the Oriental Dragon is regarded as a divine beast - the reverse of the malicious monster that Westerners felt necessary to find and slay. In Eastern philosophy, the Dragon is said to be a deliverer of good fortune and a master of authority. Therefore, those people born in Dragon years are to be honored and respected.
