Hi all experts,

I have a Malaya Japanese occupation cover but not sure is it forgery or not. Any expert can take a look ?

This is genuine, philatelic but totalyl genuine.

A registered letter in Singapore at that time cost 23cents, this is franked several $. It might be that the sender wanted these Red Cross stamps used, and this was the only way to get them

Hi. I agree with Susan that this cover is authentic: there were quite a few such in the later stages of the occupation. The postmark is also the correct katakana for Syonan. The registration label is a nice one with Syonan evidently overprinted on 'Singapore B' (?)
