The 40mm small dot card, a 2nd example of this is now reported by Peter Kent :D

This card is also mint.

Members of long standing should remember Peter, he was Secretary of the MSG 1973 - 1984. And is still interested inthe Japanese Occupation.

This project is pending some information promised by an overseas member.

When that arrives, an article will be submitted to len for TMP. So any further information would be welcomed in the meantime.

This project has been quiet for over 6 months while we waited for the DAi Nippon Philatelic society to produce their book about Kolff of Batavia - the printers of these cards.

The book has now arrived just before Christmas, I am due to write a review of it for the Newsletter as soon as I can. The article for TMP will follow as soon as is practical after that.

Thanks to all who have contributed, for your contributions and your patience.
:)

Is the link given in the first message still active?

I cannot open it even by copying and pasting.

I have just referred to this topic on a question on Stampboards.
